 Melissa Scott - Artist Statement My first trip to Europe was in 1987, followed by a summer in Paris in 2000. After many years of study,
inspired by the beauty of Paris and Europe, I was
driven to create a body of work that would bring the
elements that have always moved me on my travels:
history, art, architecture and culture. This collection is
my personal reflection of my ongoing love affair
with France.
